Follow Lab is a dedicated coaching and mentoring platform for independent coaches, HR teams, higher-education institutions, and incubators. The product is published by Lutise, a French company (SIREN 921 088 225) based in Marseille.
For more than 7 years, we have helped professionals structure client journeys, simplify Qualiopi evidence, and run programs at scale. Data is hosted in France on HDS-certified infrastructure. Programs can be deployed with SSO and enterprise procurement support (DPA, security documentation) on request.

Founder expertise
Follow Lab was founded by Ludovic Rérolle, an expert in entrepreneurial and educational coaching with more than 15 years of field experience alongside coaches, trainers, mentors, and entrepreneurs. A graduate of EM Lyon Business School, he has supported hundreds of project leaders in incubators, higher education, and innovation organizations.
Before Follow Lab, Ludovic co-founded projects at the intersection of pedagogy and digital tools (including SYDO, DOZEE, and Nunatak) and has coached or trained with Ronalpia, La Manufactury, Les Entrep’, EDLV, EM Lyon, IAE Lyon 3, and Centrale Lyon.
His stance is simple: digital tools should serve pedagogy, not replace the human relationship. Follow Lab was designed by a practitioner, for practitioners: structured follow-up, professional client experience, and less administrative friction.
Recognized areas of expertise include professional coaching and mentoring, instructional design, entrepreneurship and incubation, Qualiopi compliance for independents, and industry-specific SaaS for coaching professionals.
