The user is informed that they have a right of access, inquiry, and rectification enabling them, where applicable, to have personal data concerning them corrected, completed, updated, locked, or erased when it is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, outdated, or when its collection, use, communication, or storage is prohibited.

The user is informed that no personal information of the user of the site “https://www.followlab.io” is published without the user’s knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned, or sold on any medium to third parties.

Cookies

Intellectual property

The general structure as well as the software, texts, animated or non-animated images, know-how, and all other elements making up the site are the exclusive property of Lutise.

Any full or partial representation of this site by any person whatsoever, without the express authorization of Lutise, is prohibited and would constitute infringement sanctioned by Articles L. 335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The same applies to databases appearing, where applicable, on the website, which are protected by the provisions of the Law of 1 July 1998 transposing into the French Intellectual Property Code Directive 96/9/EC of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases, and of which Lutise is the producer.

Lutise’s trademarks and those of its partners, as well as the logos appearing on the site, are registered trademarks. Any full or partial reproduction of these trademarks or logos made from elements of the site without the express authorization of Lutise is therefore prohibited under the French Intellectual Property Code.

Lutise cannot be held responsible for users’ access via hypertext links set up on the website to other resources on the network.

Any dispute relating to use of the site “https://www.followlab.io” is subject to French law. The user acknowledges the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris.
