Intellectual property

The same applies to databases appearing, where applicable, on the website, which are protected by the provisions of the Law of 1 July 1998 transposing into the French Intellectual Property Code Directive 96/9/EC of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases, and of which Lutise is the producer.

Any full or partial reproduction of these trademarks or logos made from elements of the site without the express authorization of Lutise is therefore prohibited under the French Intellectual Property Code.
Lutise cannot be held responsible for users’ access via hypertext links set up on the website to other resources on the network.
Any dispute relating to use of the site “https://www.followlab.io” is subject to French law. The user acknowledges the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris.
