Follow Lab PRO directory listing terms

1. Purpose

The Follow Lab PRO directory is a free service offered by LUTISE to list coaching and training professionals. By requesting to appear in this directory, you fully accept these listing terms.

2. Eligibility

The directory is reserved for coaching and training professionals (coaches, trainers, consultants, mentors, and similar roles). Each request is reviewed manually by LUTISE based on the information submitted in a form. LUTISE reserves the right to refuse any registration that does not meet its criteria or values.

3. Published data

The following information is collected and published in the directory:

  • Name or company name
  • Description of your activity
  • Photo
  • Place of practice
  • Link to a website
  • Use (or non-use) of the Follow Lab PRO platform.

This last point may be updated by LUTISE depending on your subscription to or cancellation of Follow Lab PRO platform services.

4. Professional rights

You may at any time:

  • Request changes to your listing,
  • Request removal of your listing and your data.

To do so, send an email to contact@followlab.io. Processing will be completed within a maximum of one (1) month.

5. Promotion on other channels

LUTISE reserves the right to highlight certain profiles in posts on its professional networks (such as LinkedIn) or any other communication channel. This may include:

  • Display of your photo,
  • Excerpts from your description,
  • Screenshots of the directory showing your listing.

By requesting listing, you authorize these uses free of charge.

6. Responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you provide. LUTISE cannot be held liable for:

  • any errors or inaccuracies in your listing,
  • disputes between you and third parties,
  • use of your data by other people.

LUTISE reserves the right to remove a profile if it does not comply with these terms or applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

You retain your rights to your text and visuals. You authorize LUTISE to use them in the directory and to reproduce them to promote the directory. This authorization is free, non-exclusive, and valid for as long as you remain listed in the directory.

8. Term and termination

Your listing has no fixed duration. You may request removal at any time by email. Removal will take effect within one (1) month. LUTISE may also end your listing at any time, without giving reasons.

9. Changes to these terms

LUTISE may change these terms at any time, including to reflect changes to the service or to the law. The updated terms will be published on the site. By continuing to use the directory after publication, the professional is deemed to have accepted them. If they prefer, they may request removal of their listing at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in France.

By submitting a listing request, you accept all of these terms.
