How does the "generative AI" part work?
Two optional features use generative AI, which involves an external interface with the provider:
Voice input
Once recorded by voice input, the text is analyzed and formatted by the Mixtral model, an open-source AI developed by Mistral.
Program synthesis
AI is called only if you click "generate a synthesis". This synthesis draws only on the session notes you have written. Texts are first analyzed and synthesized by the Mixtral model, then the synthesis generated by Mixtral is analyzed and synthesized by the LLaMa model, an open-source AI developed by Meta.
These features are disabled by default; you can enable them at any time from the configuration area of your Follow Lab workspace.
