Sabine Jourdois

I am Sabine Jourdois, a skills assessment consultant and personal and professional transition coach. After several years in corporate consulting, I chose to create a more human, in-depth, and aligned approach dedicated to women who feel the need to reconnect with themselves, restore meaning to their lives, or make a fresh start.
I support those going through a period of questioning, fatigue, loss of bearings, or desire for change. Many arrive feeling they no longer know what they want, that they have forgotten themselves over the years, or that they are living a life that no longer fully reflects who they are.
Through skills assessment and my Clarity and Emergence programs, I offer a safe space to slow down, take stock, understand yourself better, and reveal what is seeking to emerge. My approach blends introspection, sensitive listening, concrete reflection, and action. I deeply believe that professional fulfillment cannot be separated from personal balance, self-confidence, and the feeling of being in the right place.
My intention is not only to help you find a job or a project, but to enable each woman to reconnect with her talents, deep needs, aspirations, and inner light, in order to build a life that is more aligned, more serene, and more alive.
