My mission: help women become aware of their strength and talents, so they dare to move into management or bring their projects to life. I see too many women who underestimate their potential and let fear paralyze them. That is what led me to make it my professional commitment.
My path naturally led me toward coaching support. After starting in administrative roles, I reoriented toward IT, before spending nearly 20 years in management and project management roles internationally, often in predominantly male environments.
Today, as an RNCP-certified professional coach and ACC (ICF), I work in French and English with women (and sometimes with men) who want to transform themselves in depth.

• Release unconscious blocks: break free from limiting beliefs and embedded negative emotions that block momentum toward action

To do this, I draw on a set of complementary approaches: DISC, CLEEN method (Coaching for the Release of Negative Emotional Imprints), Photolangage (Points of You®), Ikigai, and Enneagram.
