Over the past 10 years, I have worked as a manager, transformation director, and executive committee member, first in a large company and then in an SME. During those years, I identified more and more dysfunctions, with significant impacts on the social dimension.

From that observation came a turning point: I decided to make myself useful by caring for people and fully committing to helping and professional support roles.

I am Jérôme Bard, a professional coach in organizational transformation.

My purpose: to help leaders and their teams transform through meaning, putting people back at the heart of the story.
